Standing 16.1 hands, "JR HUNTER" ("JR")
is a natural moving English Stallion. He is known for his elegant
sweepy trot, and a soft, fluid, deep hocked canter, with an elegant
head and neck. His movement in the show ring, as well as his color
and coat pattern, are eye catching to all. "JR" is a son of the Hall of Fame Stallion "THE HUNTER" and
by ROCKABILITY (by Rock Star), the producer of multiple World Champions.
"JR" has everything necessary to exceed your expectations; size,
conformation, movement, and color, are only some of his outstanding
traits which are now being passed on to his foals.

has lived up to our expectations. His great mind and easy going
temperament helped make him easy to teach, handle, and fun to show.
With limited showing, it was not until 2006, under the guidance
and training of Mike and Cindy Mergaert that "JR" began his impressive
show career in Senior Hunter Under Saddle and Hunter In Hand; He
then went on to win the World in Hunter In Hand shown by Ray Burchett.
Finishing first under all five Judges. To finish out 2006, "JR" was
High Point in the Nation in both Hunter In Hand Stallions and Senior
Hunter Under Saddle; his first year on the road. He also earned
his Superior Event Award in both divisions. No other Appaloosa Stallion
has ever achieved all these accomplishments in the same year. In the saddle, "JR" dominated
the show circuit at an incredible 90 + percent win ratio. Due to
his show career, his book has been closed to the public.
His first foal crop is now on the ground and showing. All
of his foals are consistently winning and have shown the same great
traits and good mind as "JR". His book is now open to the public
for the 2008 Breeding Season and we look forward to hearing from

Karen Berk in Ocala, FL.
